The wellness concept explained to you as briefly as possible

This article is for all those of you who love being young and free as a lark. On some days you feel this way thanks to the endorphins zipping through those veins. Those endorphins are feel good factors which come about after you’ve exposed yourself to rigorous bouts of solid and hardcore workouts at the gym. But then there are those days when you’re feeling pretty fagged. Tired, in other words. This usually happens around the weekend which, ironically, is about the best time to get out there and expose your body and mind to as much physical activity as possible.

This article is also for those of you who are woefully out of shape at this time. You’ve pretty much had it where exercise is concerned. Only the thing is; you haven’t even bothered to try. You’re so overweight at the moment the very thought of exercise has already made you tired. But please note you are already forgiven for thinking that exercise is too hard for your large and never in charge body. Those of you who consider yourselves to be fitness freaks, you’d better take note too.

Because exercise, no matter how hard you work at it, is never going to be the be all and end all of keeping yourself fit, keeping it that way and, guess what, being happy. Like we said earlier, you’re feeling pretty drained by the time your weekend me time has arrived. Never being able to shift gears in the right direction can make you feel pretty miserable.  Make a note everybody, slim and trim guys, and heavily overweight guys, your path towards wellness, meaning being completely happy, begins with you doing the things you really love.

Oh, and that doesn’t include sitting on the couch all night watching TV.
